Sterling Car Rentals is a long established and respected car rental company based in Malta. With a fleet of nearly 200 vehicles, the company specializes in holiday car hire, business and corporate services as well as vehicle leasing.
The Project
The company embarked on a modernization program designed to take advantage of modern technology and the Internet to grow the business and improve customer services. Sterling also required a solid reservations and management software solution that could tie into the web as well as streamline backoffice operations such as vehicle fleet management and bookings.

We started by studying the business requirements set our by the company management by spending time to listen and understand their objectives, both in the short and the longer term. Based on our new WorkSpace Cloud platform, Webcraft also delivered an integrated administration software capable or providing the tools required to run and manage the various business operations. These include customer management, fleet management and a real-time reservations system. The new platform was designed to improve internal efficiency and help the company cope with increased workflow and encourage collaboration.
